Directions to Property
Drovers Motor Inn is located at 746 Main Street, in the suburb of Terrace End. Situated just 1.6km from the central city, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll into town, but as Palmerston North has some great shopping locations, you might want to grab a cab to get you and your purchases home.

Payment Policy
A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Payment can be made at the property on arrival by Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash.
If a non-refundable rate is booked, payment will be taken from the card at the time of booking, and no cancellations or modifications will be permitted.
Please note a valid credit card is required upon check in. Payments processed via credit will incur a 2.5% transaction fee. A 2.5% fee will be charged on all debit card transactions, when using the credit payment transaction option on a debit card including contact-less payments
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up until 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival without incurring a charge. However any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of the first night's accommodation.
GROUP BOOKINGS - cancellations can be made up until 4 weeks prior to arrival without incurring a charge except where a non-refundable deposit has been requested, inside of 4 weeks will incur a charge of one nights accommodation for each room booked.
Child Policy
Please note infants and children must be included on all bookings.
For infants aged 0 - 1 years, a baby cot can be provided on request for $20 per night.
Children aged 1 - 12 years stay for $30 per night when using existing bedding.
Check In Policy
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in units or doorways. Extra charges will be incurred to return unit to non-smoking status, ashtrays are provided outside units.
NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING ON THE PREMISES
EXCESSIVE NOISE: Excessive noise, intoxication and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave. No refund will be offered
Failure to comply with managements request to vacate will result in the Police being called
DAMAGE COSTS: Any and all acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
GENERAL: Visitors are permitted at the management discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
SUB LETTING: The registered guest WILL NOT give the room key to other persons. In this event the registered guest booking will be terminated
CHECK OUT: Check out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check in and or check out is by arrangement

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours prior arrival to avoid charges, Special conditions apply to group quotations/reservations.
